Secret Recipe: Sweet Woodruff Spritzer
There's something magical about a plant that releases its sensual secrets only after being dried. When fresh, the common ground cover Sweet Woodruff smells slightly floral and grassy, but when dried it releases the most heavenly fragrance - like sweet hay soaked in vanilla and touched with a bit of fairy magic. That's why I love celebrating it this time of year! I'm not the only one, either - "May Wine" containing dried sweet woodruff has been celebrated in various parts of Europe for centuries! I dressed up the tradition by creating a colorful and refreshing rose wine spritzer that I think you are going to LOVE. You can find the recipe on my Patreon Page as a little extra bonus for my kind patrons this month. :)
